Their musically driven group classes focus on low-impact\, high-intensity movements that strengthen and tone your body in 50 minutes or less.\n\n\n\nPure Barre's innovative technique improves strength\, endurance\, flexibility\, and balance. Their certified teachers will guide you through their four unique class formats inspired by yoga\, Pilates\, and ballet.\n\n\n\nEach class features musically-driven choreography for a fresh and effective full-body workout that benefits clients at every fitness level\, and protects your joints from injury while you strengthen and tone your entire body.\n\n\n\nPure Barre Georgetown is hosting a three day Open House following the Grand Reopening.  After the Ribbon Cutting on Thursday\, August 20th\, classes Friday\, Saturday and Sunday will be offered FREE to anyone in the community curious about Pure Barre. Classes at both studios August 21\, 22\, and 23 and open. All classes will be the 50 minute\, full body workout in the Classic format.  Attendees must be registered and confirmed by the studio to attend. Register on their website or call the studio to reserve a spot. \n\n\n\n\n\nDoors will be open from 4 pm to 5 pm.
