Brand communities are groups of customers who care about and engage with a brand beyond the purchase of a good or service. Through the proliferation of social media and other channels, the growth of online brand communities has accelerated. These communities can foster brand loyalty, facilitate information sharing, and serve as a springboard for innovation. In this session, we will discuss how to build and support your own brand communities. In addition, we will examine other brands which have been successful in these efforts.

Cancellations can be made until Noon the day prior to the event. After that, you are included in the headcount given to the caterer. Once that happens, you are responsible for the event fee whether or not you attend.
