He spent 4 years as a Utility/Development Engineer before transitioning to the new Transportation Department. Before moving to Texas\, Lua spent 15 years as a Design and Transportation Engineer. \n\n \n\nNat Waggoner\, Transportation\, City of Georgetown\n\nNat Waggoner began his career in Georgetown in 2014 after serving 7 years in the United States Army. Nat previously served as the Assistant Director of Planning before returning to the Transportation Department. Nat holds a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin\, where he graduated in 2011.
