However\, Prosperity Bank and SCORE Austin are seeing that small businesses can take this time to... \n\n Evaluate and redefine their business to accommodate the changing markets due to economic realities.\n Improve the efficiency of their business operations and analyzing their financial status and future planning.\n Review their marketing strategies while determining how to target potential customers moving forward. \n\n In response to these challenges\, Prosperity Bank and SCORE Austin have partnered together to develop the "Prosperity Bank Business Masterclass Program". This is a professional/financial educational initiative created specifically for entrepreneurs and small business owners with annual revenues of $2 million or less. During this multi-week program\, participants will attend classes instructed by top business executives and financial professionals. Each participant will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced Mentor and find new strategies for developing an effective plan for successful business growth.\n\n\n\nApplicants must meet the following criteria \n\n\n operating & generating revenue for (1) year or more in the surrounding Austin area\;\n have an annual revenue of less than $2 million\;\n must be a for-profit business\; and\n agree to the course curriculum\, participate in the Pitch Competition\, attend at least 80% of the classes\, and meet with their assigned Mentor at least 4 times throughout the length of the program.\n\n Program Timeline\n\n\n\nIntroductory Meeting:\n\nThursday\, July 13\, 2023\,\n\n6:30pm-8:00pm\n\nLocation: Salt Traders Zilker\, 1101 S.
