Are you looking to upskill your workforce and grow your competitive edge? The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) offers a variety of workforce training grants to help employers and individuals build a stronger, more skilled workforce.

If you're a small business with fewer than 100 employees, you may be eligible for up to $2,000 per new hire and up to $1,000 per incumbent worker to cover tuition and fees over a 12-month period. Training must be for full-time employees and selected from courses offered by a Texas public community or technical college or the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service.
