MEAP 401(k) Program

The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce is offering members a New Member Benefit - a Multiple Employer Aggregation Program (MEAP). A MEAP 401(k) is a qualified retirement plan adopted by multiple employers through their association with the sponsoring organizer, which acts as the lead sponsor.

An informative luncheon will be held at the Chamber on November 13th, at 11:30am. Register using the link on this page. 

This new benefit will allow members with Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans to:

• Transfer most of the fiduciary administrative functions to a third party, thus freeing up time to accomplish other critical functions in your business.
• Receive professionally chosen investment options using the research and analysis expertise of Morningstar, the industry evaluator.
• Potential of reduced plan fees, allowing more of the return to benefit participants and further add to their retirement funds.
• Other benefits too numerous to list-see attachment.

 All of this without redesigning your current plan provisions.
 
The Chamber has partnered with Lincoln Financial Group to provide this Multiple Employer Aggregation Plan (MEAP) to its members.
