2020.9 Business After Hours (virtual)

This after-hours event will include a 30-minute interactive presentation from Hugh Brown, CEO of St. David's Georgetown Hospital on "Building Peak Moments During Milestones." The discussion will be based on the customer service book, The Power of Moments.

Small group discussions in Zoom breakout rooms will follow Hugh's presentation. The time remaining will be devoted to general networking.
