• Evaluate and redefine their business to accommodate the changing markets due to economic realities.
• Improve the efficiency of their business operations and analyzing their financial status and future planning.
• Review their marketing strategies while determining how to target potential customers moving forward. 

• operating & generating revenue for (1) year or more in the surrounding Austin area;
• have an annual revenue of less than $2 million;
• must be a for-profit business; and
• agree to the course curriculum, participate in the Pitch Competition, attend at least 80% of the classes, and meet with their assigned Mentor at least 4 times throughout the length of the program.
