2023 Ribbon Cutting - Inner Space Cavern
Ribbon Cutting- Inner Space Cavern
The Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with Inner Space Cavern as we celebrate their remodel with a Ribbon Cutting! Please stop by, get to know the staff, and learn more about their business.
Hidden for over 10,000 years, Inner Space Cavern is one of the best-preserved caves in Texas. It was discovered by a Texas Highway Department core drilling team in the spring of 1963 and was opened to the public in the summer of 1966. The amazing cave has beautiful formations, large rooms, and prehistoric animal bones. It remains a constant 72 degrees (but feels like 80 degrees with the humidity) year round and it does not flood during rains.
We will cut the ribbon at 2:15 pm. Please come early, get to know the staff, and learn more about their business.
Ribbon Cuttings are an excellent opportunity to celebrate milestones with members of the Georgetown Chamber. Ribbon Cuttings are free and open to the public.
