Speaker: Joanne Corum, Senior Vice President / CIO

Attrition causes unproductive churn.  The optimal solution is to keep your existing team members.  Your culture is critical for retention and should be a competitive advantage.  There are many facets to culture, but one at McCoy’s is to understand and support the whole person.  We will discuss one aspect of getting to know your team better which allows you to lead them more effectively. 

About the Speaker: 
Joanne Corum is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at McCoy’s Building Supply.  She oversees the company’s Information Services, Marketing, and Pricing departments.  She is responsible for providing strategic business solutions to McCoy’s customers and team members.  
 
Joanne started her career at IBM and later moved to Applied Materials.  Joanne has over 20 years of industry experience leading global teams across multiple industries.  Joanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
