Lunch & Learn
Topic: Harness the Power of Leadership
Topic Description: When you see a Leader Dog working in your community, you probably think, “What an amazing dog.” But like most people, you probably don't realize the person with the dog is an amazing leader. That person is truly exercising supreme leadership skills and is working in a near perfectly functioning team.
Every Leader Dog handler learns skills that include “Destination Mapping,” “Spatial Orientation,” “Cognitive Observation,” and so many more. These tools are essential for the Leader Dog team to function properly and are the same tools good leaders use in the workplace.
If you are interested in learning how specifically Leader Dogs guide their handlers to destinations in the community, throughout the country, and to all corners of the world, and how the techniques being utilized can help you accelerate your career (regardless of whether you are in a leadership position or not), please come visit Buss Brauer and his Leader Dog, Logan, on July 27th at 11:30AM the Georgetown Chamber for a Lunch & Learn.
