TERMS: By submitting this form, you are signing up for the 2023 Georgetown Bridal Show.

SET-UP: Vendor set-up times will be announced closer to the event date.

PRICE INCLUDES: Your booth fee includes a 10' x10' booth space with black pipe & drape running behind the booth and between booths. Electricity is included for all booths, but we need to know if you plan to use it. Additional 6 ft. tables are available for a fee.

PAYMENT DUE Date: Full payment is due January 15, 2023. If registering after that date, the entire amount is due in order to secure your booth.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation by the Georgetown Chamber for any reason at any time will result in a full refund of money paid to vendors. Cancellation by the vendor prior to November 30 will result in the loss of your $100 deposit. After November 30, cancellations are only allowed if an approved substitute is found. In that case, you will be refunded your deposit and other money paid at that time. If an approved substitute is not found, the vendor is responsible for full payment.

Do you agree to not share a booth with or distribute information for another business without permission? *
Do you agree to abide by all local Health, Fire & Safety regulations? Note: All alcohol must be provided by the Sheraton. *
Do you understand that crock pots/ warmers are NOT allowed due to the large amount of electricity they require *
Do you agree to be responsible for any damages to the exhibit hall and to indemnify the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, its agents & volunteers from claims relating to your use of the premises? *
Do you agree to keep your booth open and manned between 12:00pm and 4:00pm? (This includes not tearing down prior to 4 pm.) *
Your booth space is 10X10 and you are not allowed to exceed that space. By checking yes, you are agreeing to not exceed your allotted space. *
Vacating your space prior to 4:00pm will forfeit your benefit of receiving a copy of the leads list of brides and may result in not being allowed to participate in future GBS shows. By checking yes, you are saying you understand this and agree. *
Setup of your booth must be completed no later than 30 minutes prior to the show opening. Should you fail to occupy your space during the scheduled setup period, you are forfeiting your space and it will be reallocated for the show. If this happens, you will remain responsible for full payment and no refunds will be available. By checking yes, you are acknowledging that you understand this policy and agree. *
Do you agree to attend a brief meeting for exhibitors in front of the stage in the room 15 minutes prior to the show beginning? *
Do you agree to not share a booth with or distribute information for another business? *
A list of attending brides, as well as those pre-registered but not attending, will be made available to all exhibitors that have paid in full and attended the event. This list is not to be shared with other companies. Do you agree to not share this list and comply with all spam laws? *
Please select if you would like 6ft rectangular tables or cocktail tables in your booth space. *
Would you like to purchase any additional tables? Each additional table is $20 *
Is the Georgetown Chamber allowed to use photos/text from your website/social media accounts for bridal show marketing? (Credit will be given to any photographers listed) *
