Annual Awards Banquet Nomination Form

The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the following awards that will be presented at our annual Chamber Awards Banquet in January. Nominations are open to the public. Award winners are not selected by the number of nominations received. Award recipients are chosen by a closed committee of business leaders who review the content of the nomination. Please submit your nominations below. You may nominate in one or multiple categories. A separate form must be submitted for multiple nominations in one category.

DEADLINE: Please submit your nomination by end of day on Friday, December 12, 2025.

Large Business of the Year Nomination. (25+ employees)

Criteria: Active in Chamber activities and provide economic support of the Georgetown business community. The business should contribute to the community, demonstrate growth, innovation in product and service offerings, and be a member of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.

Small Business of the Year Nomination. (Less than 25 employees)

Criteria: Active in Chamber activities and provide economic support of the Georgetown business community. The business should contribute to the community, demonstrates growth, innovation in product and service offerings, and be a member of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.

Criteria: Significant contribution to the community above and beyond the person's job over the past year. Volunteer efforts to be considered as examples of community service include the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, church, civic clubs, local government, education, and charitable/service organizations.
