5 Under FORTY Nomination Form
The Georgetown Rotary/Georgetown Chamber of Commerce “5 under FORTY” is a distinguished initiative that highlights the achievements of 5 outstanding young adults who, despite being under the age of 40, have demonstrated exceptional leadership, excellence in their respective careers, and a commitment to community service. The program aims to recognize and celebrate the contributions of these individuals who not only excel in their professional endeavors but also make significant efforts to give back to and positively impact their communities.
As we review these individuals, we will be reviewing their success in conjunction with the core values of Rotary International that include:
- Fellowship: Building lifelong relationships and fostering a sense of community
- Integrity: Honoring commitments and maintaining high ethical standards
- Diversity: Connecting diverse perspectives and embracing people of all backgrounds
- Service: Using leadership skills and professional expertise to solve social issues
- Leadership: Leading by example and inspiring others to act.
Criteria:
• Must be between the ages of 20-39 as of May 8, 2026
• Must live/work in Georgetown
• Must have significant contributions to his/her community as a leader
A nominee must:
• have demonstrated professional excellence in their career
• have brought value to the Georgetown business community
• display a commitment to Georgetown through community service
• be younger than the age of 40 as of May 8, 2026
DEADLINE: Please submit your nomination by the end of the day on Friday, March 27, 2026.
