Roastery & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a dependable Roastery & Operations Assistant to help maintain the daily rhythms of our production space. This role supports roast days, packaging, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment. This is a part-time position (Tues–Thurs, 9am–2pm) with potential for expanded responsibility over time.

What This Role Involves
- Weighing and staging green coffee
- Supporting production logging
- Managing quality control systems
- Bagging, labeling, and sealing roasted coffee
- Packing retail and wholesale orders
- Maintaining organized inventory systems
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the production space
As trust and skill develop, there may be opportunities to train into roasting operations.

- Is consistently reliable and punctual
- Takes pride in precise, careful work
- Is comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Values steady systems and clear processes
- Is interested in growing within a small, community-rooted business
Coffee experience is welcome but not required.

- $16–18/hour depending on experience
