Now we're looking for the sales manager who's going to lead by example, coach to individual skills and abilities, support, encourage, and guide our sales team to become the salesperson they aspire to be! If that's you, we need to meet soon! You will stand out as an applicant if you are outgoing and willing to think outside of the box; have prior sales experience in the services industry; are creative; have professional people skills; have a positive track record of meeting or exceeding revenue sales goals; have the ability to analyze and interpret sales data; are an enthusiastic people motivator; are coachable; are a confident public speaker; are able to set and complete tasks and meet deadlines.
