Tania is a dedicated youth and family advocate with over 15 years of experience across education, social work, counseling, and advocacy roles. She is skilled in trauma-informed care, behavior management, curriculum development, and community outreach. Tania has demonstrated a passion for empowering youth, strengthening families, and building community partnerships. Most recently, she serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships with the Georgetown Project. In this role, she cultivates relationships with leaders, organizations, and resources to increase mental health access and support for struggling families. Her goal is driving systems change through collaboration to ensure families receive compassionate, holistic care.
