The Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with Uplift Wilco as we celebrate their Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting! Please stop by, get to know their staff, and learn more about their business.
Uplift Wilco is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children, students, educators, and families across Williamson County. Formerly known as Assistance League of Georgetown, the organization recently rebranded as Uplift Wilco as it transitions into an independent nonprofit while continuing its long-standing mission of serving the local community through education, outreach, and essential support programs. Through initiatives such as Ready for School, literacy support, teacher grants, scholarships, and community outreach assistance, Uplift Wilco helps thousands of local students and families each year. Funded through donations, fundraising efforts, and its Georgetown thrift store, Uplift Wilco is committed to building a stronger, more resilient Williamson County by uplifting neighbors in need and creating opportunities for future success.
Doors will be open from 9 am to 10 am. Please come early, get to know the staff, and learn more about their business.
Ribbon Cuttings are an excellent opportunity to celebrate milestones with members of the Georgetown Chamber. Ribbon Cuttings are free and open to the public.
