Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 600+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre and seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION:
The Sales Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide exceptional level of customer to existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email
  • Ensure member retention
  • Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking
  • Lead generation by asking for referrals and train sales team to do the same
  • Organize and participate in networking/marketing community events
  • Contact prospects/leads to schedule barre class and enroll them in a membership
  • Perform front desk sales associate duties
  • Perform member retention tasks
  • Attend and lead Engage (intro or trial) classes
  • Drive and retain membership sales
  • Drive retail sales
  • Keep accurate inventory of retail
  • Order and display retail
  • Schedule monthly sales goals (membership & retail)
  • Meet monthly sales goals (membership & retail)
  • Ensure sales team meets daily/weekly/monthly goals
  • Attend weekly National Sales Calls
  • Attend sales training
  • Attend weekly/biweekly calls with Regional Sales Manager
  • Stay abreast of monthly studio promotions and assure sales team is aware and promoting
  • Become proficient at CRM/POS software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
  • Run monthly reports
  • Manage sales staff schedule and fill in when necessary
  • Supervise sales staff
  • Train and role play with sales staff
  • Collect outstanding dues
  • Marketing & social media duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce sales staff studio policies and procedures
  • Enforce policies and procedures relating to customers
  • Maintain organization of staff, cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
  • Execute operational duties such as: ordering supplies, order marketing material, aid with social media 
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager/owner
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required
  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
  • $18/hr + plus + commission & bonus
  • Unlimited Pure Barre membership while employed (PBGT only)
